Copic – Adding Texture

Texture Pack promo pic

One of my favourite ways to enhance my copic colouring is to add texture.  It’s fun to add a little fluff to a teddy bear, or denim texture to jeans … oh the list goes on!  The best part is … it isn’t hard to do.

I have gathered 8 of my favourite fabrics for texture and bundled them into a pack so that you can add texture too!  Sure …. they might not be pretty … but look what they can do!

If you have a well inked 0 Colourless Blender Copic marker, you can just apply the marker to your fabric swatch.  I like to use some ink straight from the refill bottle, and just a couple of drops is enough.  Apply 2-3 drops of ink to the fabric, then press onto your coloured image.  As you can see above, different fabrics will give different results.  For the last bird I put a little 0 colourless blender ink into a mini mister (by Ranger) and spritzed the image.
